Jagadish Chandra Bose Bio
Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose, CSI, CIE, FRS (/boʊs/; [dʒɔgod̪iʃ tʃɔnd̪ro bosu]; 30 November 1858 – 23 November 1937) was a polymath, physicist, biologist, biophysicist, botanist, archaeologist, as well as an early writer of science fiction. Living in British controlled India, he pioneered the investigation of radio and microwave optics, made very significant contributions to plant science, and laid the foundations of experimental science in the Indian subcontinent. IEEE named him one of the fathers of radio science. He is considered the father of Bengali science fiction. He also invented the crescograph. A crater on the moon has been named in his honour. Born in Mymensingh, Bengal Presidency during the British Raj, Bose graduated from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta. He then went to the University of London to study medicine, but could not pursue studies in medicine because of health problems. Instead, he conducted his research with the Nobel Laureate Lord Rayleigh at Cambridge and returned to India. He then joined the Presidency College of University of Calcutta as a Professor of Physics. There, despite racial discrimination and a lack of funding and equipment, Bose carried on his scientific research. He made remarkable progress in his research of remote wireless signalling and was the first to use semiconductor junctions to detect radio signals. However, instead of trying to gain commercial benefit from this invention, Bose made his inventions public in order to allow others to further develop his research. Bose subsequently made a number of pioneering discoveries in plant physiology. He used his own invention, the crescograph, to measure plant response to various stimuli, and thereby scientifically proved parallelism between animal and plant tissues. Although Bose filed for a patent for one of his inventions because of peer pressure, his reluctance to any form of patenting was well known. To facilitate his research, he constructed automatic recorders capable of registering extremely slight movements; these instruments produced some striking results, such as Bose's demonstration of an apparent power of feeling in plants, exemplified by the quivering of injured plants. His books include Response in the Living and Non-Living (1902) and The Nervous Mechanism of Plants (1926).

Moon in Libra
Sun in Sagittarius
Asc in Taurus
Sun in Sagittarius
When the Sun returns to Sagittarius, people with the Sun in this sign experience a clear reset point for the year. This period supports focus, recovery of energy, and reconnection with a more authentic sense of direction and identity. They often notice a rise in vitality, confidence, and readiness to pursue new opportunities in areas they genuinely enjoy, such as study, travel, personal projects, or growth‑oriented work. This influence strengthens the Sagittarian drive to search for truth, expand horizons, and keep life meaningful and engaging. It is an effective time to take ownership of one’s story, communicate it openly, and make choices that align daily actions with long‑term values and goals. When they act in line with who they are, their self‑trust and natural visibility tend to increase. At the same time, the same enthusiasm that fuels progress can lead to overextension, impatience, or behavior that ignores reasonable limits. The key risk in this phase is going too far, too fast, driven by optimism alone. Balancing freedom with focus -using extra energy for well‑chosen projects rather than scattering it - helps them turn this transit into tangible progress instead of burnout or unnecessary complications.
Moon in Libra
If the Moon is in Libra and they are a Sagittarius, they are a wonderful combination of wild adventure and peaceful air. That's the reason they're so attractive. Strong feelings of independence, optimism, and a desire to find meaning and the truth are characteristics of the sign of Sagittarius. These are the traits that make them unique. However, their emotional inner world, which is ruled by the Moon and Libra, is looking for balance and needs a calm and harmonious environment to feel secure. It's a combination that works well and looks good. Their Libra Moon provides the mental and social structure their restless Sagittarius temperament needs to accomplish its tasks. Along with exploring the world, they might apply philosophical thinking to discover a means of promoting peace and justice wherever they go. No matter where they are, you can do this. This is something that should be done in addition to seeing the world. They are not only a superb teacher but also a born leader and astute negotiator. This is because they have a unique combination of social grace and positive outlook. To achieve a state of harmony, it is essential to be able to trust their intuition and to give up trying to understand every feeling. They have to trust their gut. To find a creative or expressive way to express their opinions, they should use their mental resources. Writing or participating in an activity that focuses on helping others are two instances of this type of technique. By following this path, they will be able to live an interesting, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling life.
Mercury in Sagittarius
Couple your free-spirited, optimistic Sagittarius sun with the open-minded Mercury in Sagittarius and you possess an indefatigable mind with a truly insatiable desire for self-betterment. You are so full of confidence and insight that you do not accept even a slightly reason to feel insecure or doubt yourself. This double-barrel fire placement makes you one of the most highly driven, action-oriented people in the zodiac. You don’t think, you feel and act on your thoughts with an iron hand — a blessing and a curse. You’re inquisitive and have a deep emotional well, yet you are fiercely loyal and protective of those you hold dear, not holding back if need be to protect the ones closest to your heart. But this vast energy also presents a problem. The double Sagittarius can cause you to be dramatic as hell and defensive as fuck, because you’re likely keeping your heart locked up tight so that no one gets a look at how tender your inner world really is. You may feel a need for emotional tolerance, since you can't handle the in depth of your emotions. The world can be a lot, and you might find yourself in need of burnout to protect your powerful internal landscape. The key to true peace is honoring the energy behind your feelings. By finding safe, nourishing ways to express the fire that you feel — whether through art or a creative pursuit, or in the form of a deeply trusting relationship with an other and affiliation in relation to love — you learn how to traverse those deep waters without drowning.
Venus in Sagittarius
When the adventure-loving, freedom-seeking Sagittarius sun meets up with passionate Venus in expansive, “anything goes” Sagittarius. Outside, you are the infinite allure of charisma; and within your relationships shine as that same devouring, faithful love. This double-fire position makes you one of the most powerfully focused and action-oriented people in the zodiac. You’re not just in love; you are love. You are fervent and hot right now in your faith that you have found the solution, and that is a great thing! You're loyal to your vision, loving to those who protect it. You are not someone who loves one person — you are the kind of soul who loves all of humanity and is truly present for every smidgen of magic and assertiveness in each connection. But with all of this power comes great challenges. The double Sagittarius can make you playabihty, weaving intrigue and manipulation more than sharing true feelings or thoughts that appear suspect. You may battle with an emotional impatience, the depth of your emotions are not likely watered-down here! The world can feel like a lot right now, and when you’re emotionally zonked, burnout can be just around the corner. Your route to inner peace leads through a spiritual yet practical love. In the process, you can learn to direct that boundless love outward as productive action, rather than having it eat you away. Your own emotional health comes from a place where you are releasing the intensity of your feelings and allowing those monumental gifts that you have to allow healing to take place, and connect on such deep levels that few people are capable of.
Mars in Aquarius
As the free-spirited, joy-seeking Sagittarius sun links up with motivated Mars in open-minded Aquarius, your actions will be a heady mix of wild adventure and revolutionary thinking. What you aspire to find are truth and freedom for all, yet within the realm of your private motivations, your mind is full of aspirations for social change, intellectual revolution, world culture and humanitarian ideals. They pull that in together beautifully and interestingly. Your sun in Sagittarius wants to move, learn and grow with reckless abandon. But your Mars in Aquarius tugs you into a dimension of group action, social missions and an unrelenting pursuit for personal freedom. This enables you to both feel the wellspring of connection with others and also “come out” in a physical form that is astonishingly: removed, impersonal & focused. The real power of this relationship is how you can love with both a tender heart and rebel soul. Your Aquarius motivation adds a deeper sense of purpose (and humanitarian work) to your Sagittarius' boundless enthusiasm. You are attracted to relationships that feel expansive and hopeful, centered around common humanitarian ideals and a fiery brand of loyalty. It takes its energy from a place of respect and discovery.
Jupiter in Gemini
As the free-flying sun in Sagittarius squares off against lucky and expansive Jupiter in quick-thinking, super-soaked Gemini, your behavior is a rare mishmash of boundless adventure and intellectual inquiry. Your primordial desire for truth and unrestricted freedom flavours your outer facade, yet your deeper quest within motivation is to seek the fusion of interaction and change with a light hearted reserved nature. This tension creates an appealing and interesting tug. Because your Sagittarius sun longs to move, learn and grow — without reservation. But your Jupiter in Gemini is there to tug you into a world of deep passions, transformative ambitions and endless searching until we get right down to it all. You can so you feel and experience the emotional depths of how we human beings fall in love but also you've learned to bring your energy consistently in a way that is – alternately, it's as reliable, protective and devoted as it gets. The strength of this combination is that you can trust your hunches, act on them and bring your dreams to reality. Your Gemini drive infuses your Sagittarius's limitless joy with purpose and a down-to-earth reality. You’re attracted to relationships that feel wide open and optimistic, on the basis of shared spiritual values and a loyal commitment. Your energy exists in an environment of mutual appreciation and discovery.
Saturn in Leo
So when your free-roaming, see the bigger picture optimism of a Sagittarian sun encounters its life lesson in the grand and creative realm of Saturn Leo, your love for adventure takes on meaning and you suddenly feel the urge to create a legacy. You’re not simply here to experience the world; you are also here to create a public platform that gives people an understanding of knowledge and sensation far beyond your own. Your Sagittarius sun wants to move, learn and grow with bold abandon. But your Saturn in Leo layers on the theatrical ambition, insisting that you direct all that powerful energy toward some grand, public act. This isn’t just about telling stories; it’s about being a leader who people look up to and feel transformed by. The real power of this placement is to take that restless energy and turn it into an intentional creative long term act. And then to become philosophical as well — yet remain strong and forward-thinking. You’re here to build a kingdom, and that could be by building a fabled academic career, or creating an influential media empire and brand, or becoming a version of you whose personal brand is both authentic and powerful. You discover that real power is knowledge you’ve mastered and believing in the distinct vision of your art. Your way to successful living lies in harnessing your adventurousness to some creative enterprise which will attract the credit you want. Your future will be a monument to great taste imprudently managed.
Uranus in Gemini
With a Sagittarius sun and a Uranus in Gemini, you are a wandering philosopher who needs to become a revolutionary theorist. Your basic instincts are to learn about the truth and to be free, to explore the world and lightly share your wisdom. But with the great lesson of your life, brought by Uranus, you must learn to make a rational, structured, and deep change in all your relationships. This combination creates a fascinating dichotomy between your perspective, adventurous self, and your need for objective investigation. Without a doubt you want your sun to rule here, to be the truth discoverer who wins through his daring ideas and lines of questioning. However, Uranus in Gemini is here to tell you that true wisdom requires a conscious effort to unhide the secrets of our relationships. You have to be an advocate for justice, even when it feels embarrassing and scared. You also find loyal ground rules so that you can give justly to others without losing yourself. The challenge here is to undertake the role of a respectful observer and a powerful advocate for justice. With this placement, your strength lies in building a structure out of your brilliance. You are a vital voice, a public figure who builds relations and harmony in your social surroundings. Your job is to use your intelligence to establish communities that are structured in respect and trusting love. You can feel assured in freezing circumstances, even if some people might be hurt by your verdict. Your path towards satisfaction is to become a master of fair partnership. Your tradition is a great ally to demonstrate that it is the balanced, lovely bonds that offer you real control.
Neptune in Pisces
Sagittarius Sun with Neptune in Pisces a spiritual quester, you are strongly driven to explore the unseen realms of life. Your character is based on your need for liberty and love of truth, ever out to broaden horizons. This is supported by Neptune in its rulership which provides you with incredible intuitive and spiritual depth. This tension creates a dynamic push-and-pull between your desire for direct experience, on the one hand, and a strong unconscious tug toward the artistic and mystical on the other. That placement implies that you’re not just a seeker, but an inspired one. Your mission is to follow your heart’s strongest gut responses and defend a principle that resonates within you. The problem is that you are this huge big wild thing, and also incredibly sensitive. The lesson to be learned in your life is to find trust in your intuitive nature without it overpowering your need for personal freedom. Without discrimination, your gift can result in an inability to put up the healthy boundaries of realism or a pre-occupation with being lost in attention-sustaining fantasy. Your power is being able to put that courageous energy into something beautiful and helpful with others. Learning to be a brave philosopher, a defender of the commons is how you come by an authentic existence. Your legacy will not simply be your personal journeys, but those tangible acts of compassion that you created. By learning to heed your inside voice, your genius will not only be seen — it will become a lighthouse that guides others in discovering their own compassionate purpose.
Pluto in Taurus
And finally, Pluto in Taurus enters your 6th house, Sagittarius — the house of work, health, habits, daily routines. For a sign that follows freedom and big adventure, this can be a depressive reality check: Pluto is here to transform the way you spend your day. There isn’t work for grand visions or massive travel plans at the moment — it’s all about how you care for your body, manage your time, and show up for people who need you. You may find that you can’t stand your working environment, feel power struggles with your colleagues or lose all interest in whatever you do. Pluto doesn’t accept busywork — if you have a job that doesn’t excite you or work on your soul’s purpose, you’ll have to change it. But at the same time, the way you do discipline, health, and self-care will shift dramatically. Old habits that serve you well even when you knew they were no good can suddenly become unbearable. Your body will demand the change. Pluto in Taurus offers you the possibility to build stronger fundamentals, which means you can build routines that will make you not only survive but strive. if this is an enormous change, don’t let it become overwhelming. It will be slow but permanent. When it’s done, Sagittarius, you will have a new meaning of liberty: a healthy body, sharp mind, and work that makes you happy every day.

Sun in Sagittarius 7°58’
People born under the sign of Sagittarius bear the seal of the ruler of their sign, Jupiter, which symbolizes justice and happiness. They are therefore optimistic, active, social and very honest, sometimes to the extent that their directness hurts others, without them being aware of it. Their character does not consist of scathing satire or malice, but their idea of justice implies that people deserve to know the truth.
They are people of immediate reactions, which often act on impulse, without having managed to figure out the consequences of their behaviour. They can be provoked in seconds and explode, but they can forget everything just as quickly without having the slightest idea that they could have hurt somebody emotionally. They did not mean to harm anybody, did they!?
Those who get to know them better and get used to them will not only experience a lot of fun, but also find reliable friends, who might sometimes talk too much, but generally can be trusted.
These people hate being restricted in any way. They are able to work a lot, but they cannot have the impression that it is an unavoidable duty and that somebody supervises them.
They are happy in the role of a host and as such they often exaggerate their possibilities. Their carelessness in the moment when they are having a good time is to blame for this. They act in a similar way when somebody needs help. They will do immediately what is needed and they do not expect gratitude or anything in return. They do not need much money for themselves because they do not have the need to show off and they are definitely not systematic money savers.
They are able to see the bright side of life and inspire others to have more optimistic worldviews. To others they might seem a bit shallow, but in reality they have a philosophical spirit, which lets them see narrow-mindedness from a different perspective. Their forgiveness and goodness also help them in life. They spoil this "image" by their uncompromising fight for justice when they cannot restrain themselves from aggressive behaviour. Other people around them often fail to notice that they hardly ever fight for themselves.
They defend their pride even at the cost of material losses. They do not like lengthy explanations and they do not like to humiliate themselves so they only slam the door and forget about their rights.
Moon in Libra 10°57’
Person with Moon in Libra is looking for safety in a relationship, has the need to make somebody happy and wants to have a rich social life. However, later they must find themselves and things that satisfy them must prevail. They also have a strong need for balance and harmony. They have a desire to keep things "nice" rather than venturing into fundamental questions in order not to disturb the peace. Relationships can then be shallow or volatile. You must learn to share your good and bad feelings with your partner. Do not be afraid to be who you really are, despite what is expected of you. Use your innate talent to make things pleasant. You can influence the atmosphere around you with your pleasant voice, musical abilities and your comforting presence.
Ascendant in Taurus 26°49’
Ascendant (Rising Sign)
People who have Taurus Ascendant enter life slowly and relentlessly. They do not rush. They make plans, build and work systematically in order to achieve their goal. However, they might become lazy, or they want things to stay the same even though they have no longer purpose or meaning.
Scorpio Descendant - Partners & Compatibility When you have a Scorpio Descendant your relationship are marked by strong and intense emotions. Jealousy and possessiveness can cause many relationship problems. The sign of Scorpio makes these people to examine their soul and find hidden motives and underlying causes of their behavior. They cannot be content with shallow illusions and a relationship with their partner forces them to get rid of their old habits.
If you have Taurus Ascendant, your partner may seem to you too passionate or mysterious, and you might have the feeling that he is trying to manipulate you. Do not be afraid to let him get closer to you, but do not give up your influence. If you are looking for a partner, be prepared to accept devotion and mutual obsession. The cause of your difficulties to find a partner is not your appearance, but your mistaken doubts about your value that are hidden underneath.
